All visual, video, and brand-related content created by THINK & ACTION—including but not limited to logos, packaging, photography, design materials, video footage, animations, and derivative works—is commissioned and delivered as a work-for-hire service unless otherwise agreed in writing. THINK & ACTION does not retain ownership, copyright, or usage rights over any final content produced for the client. All intellectual property rights, distribution licenses, and commercial usage rights are fully and irrevocably transferred to the client upon final payment and project completion. THINK & ACTION may only use select content for portfolio, award submission, or promotional display purposes with prior written consent from the client. THINK & ACTION disclaims all liability for unauthorized redistribution, third-party infringement, or misuse of the delivered materials after handover. Clients must guarantee that any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, brand assets, product footage, likenesses, music, or trademarks) provided for use do not infringe upon existing intellectual property or privacy rights. THINK & ACTION shall not be held legally responsible for any legal claims arising from client-supplied materials. This clause applies in all applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, China, and any countries in which the final content may be used, distributed, or viewed
